After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Political Science from University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in 1995, Mr. Lee went to Whittier College School of Law where he received Dean's Academic Scholarship (granted to the top 10% of the class) and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Lee received several awards in his fields of specialty and was recognized for his excellence in Immigration Law. To this day, he maintains a close relationship with his former professor in immigration law as his mentor and co-counsel. Mr. Lee acquired his license to practice law in California. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Korean Community Lawyers Association. He also volunteers as a member in Rotary Club International. Mr. Lee has provided free legal consultations through a major newspaper company in the U.S. and has written numerous columns for both The Korea Daily (Joongangilbo) and Korea Times (Hankookilbo), two of the largest Korean-American newspaper companies in the United States. Mr. Lee is the managing attorney of our firm and his legal practice covers civil litigation, personal injury, worker's compensation, employment law, employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, investment-based immigration, change of status, work visas, and removal proceedings. |
