:: V-1/V-2 Visa The V-1 and V-2 Visas allow spouses and unmarried children of U.S. Permanent Residents to enter the U.S. :: V-1/V-2 Visa Eligibility Requirements The spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 of a Permanent Resident can apply for a V visa if the Permanent Resident Petitioner has filed an I-130 Immigrant Visa Petition on or before December 21, 2000. The priority date should be at least three years old.
